Wander through the garden and you’ll find a fire pit, ready to enjoy under the stars – we even supply the firewood! Inside, the home is fresh, airy, and welcoming – a place where guests often say it just feels like home. Featuring gorgeous timber floors, high ceilings, and calming decor, it’s fully air-conditioned for comfort year-round. 🛏 Sleeping arrangements: Main bedroom: King bed, built-in robe, peaceful garden views Second bedroom: Two long singles (can be joined into a king on request), with shelves and hanging space 🛋 Living spaces: Separate lounge for relaxing with a good book or a movie Open-plan dining and kitchen area, perfect for shared meals and conversation Dedicated workspace for those needing to check in with the office while away 🍽 Kitchen: Fully equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook up a storm 🧺 Laundry: Full laundry with washer, dryer, laundry tub, and a second toilet – super handy for longer stays or families From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel at ease in this tranquil setting – a perfect mix of comfort, space, and style in a stunning natural setting.

1. The number one rule!! Enjoy your stay. 2. Treat our house like you want yours treated. 3. Respect our neighbours, keep the noise down after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. 4. All guests over the age of 18 must be included in the reservation. 5. No parties. 6. No illegal activities, No illegal drugs. 7. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house (an additional cleaning fee will be applied if an odour is found). 8. We welcome house trained pets but not on our beds or furniture. Any extra cleaning required because of your pet will cause a charge. 9. No unapproved overnight guests. 10. Tidy up the Kitchen before checkout. 11. Place garbage in bags before putting it out into the wheelie bin. 12. Disclose ANY damages to us before check-out. 13. Check-out is at 12 noon.

We are pet friendly but the property is not fully fenced. There is room to park a camper trailer or boat in the yard just check with us first. We don't charge a cleaning fee.
